Does the hotel accept cash at check-in?No. A credit card payment approval is required for registration. Upon departure, you can opt to pay by cash. We encourage the use credit cards exclusively to provide contactless payment for the safety of our guests.

How much is the security deposit?The security deposit at our hotel in lower Manhattan New York is $50 per night. Credit card security deposit authorizations obtained during the registration process will be released upon departure if there are no incidental charges. Please note that timelines vary on returned deposits from bank to bank and funds may not be readily available for several days following departure.

Is there a resort fee?
All reservations are subject to a Facility Fee of $17.43 plus applicable taxes per day.

What is the age requirement at the hotel for check-in?The minimum age requirement to reserve a room at our hotel is 18.

Are there an additional cost for adults and/or children?There is no additional cost for children and occupancy is based on two to four people depending on accommodations reserved. An additional occupancy charge of $30 may apply for additional guests, consult with our registration desk for further details.
