Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

It was a ok hotel in a not so bad location. Didn't have a great view and the water didn't work in one morning. Luckily didn't have any meeting to go to, so I could wait for the water pipes to be fixed. It took so long that didn't wait for it to be fixed. Took a shower with droplets of water. 😔 It was very expensive but cheaper than the other others nearby. To make things worse my card was charged twice, because they made a mistake with the way I paid. Because I used Google pay they weren't able to charge my card even though I got a reservation in my bank...at the end I needed to use my physical card. Everyone should use the physical card to avoid problems. The only thing that worked was the room cleaning service. Stayed for a week and almost every day had the room cleaned and tidy. Apparently this is not something normal and was dependent on a nice cleaning lady.

Hotel sin nada destacable, la habitación con dos camas es chica pero cómoda. El baño tiene puerta de vidrio esmerilado, y un gran vidrio que separa de la habitación. El desayuno es sencillo: bagels, panadería dulce, noodles, bananas, manzanas, waffles. Café, té y jugos de naranja y piña/ananá. Está en el corazón de Chinatown. No aceptan pago cash, sólo tarjetas de crédito.

Small, dark rooms. Reasonably clean but definitely not worth the prices charged during NYFW!

Staff was extremely friendly. Location is at the entrance of the Manhattan Bridge off of Canal Street. Rooms are tiny so if it's 2 or more with carry on luggage, it will be very tight with limited space to move around. Water pressure is great but the shower is very small and there are no doors so the water will be all.over your bathroom floor. They only provide 2 towels but will give you more upon request. Smoke detector went off and would notnturn off. They assumed there was smoking in the room but I don't smoke so... the area surrounding hotel has a large homeless population and you come across.quite a bit of people with mental health issues that appproach you aggressively. However it is convenient to all. Bed is very hard. Outside of that it is very close to the best restaurants and as I mentioned it's convenient to all pu lic transportation. I probably would.not stay here again though.
