Clean, nice room, great service.

I had two separate bookings (one from a 3rd party). I arrived in town past midnight and Joe at check-in was able to combine the stays and upgrade my room. Joe and the rest of the staff were able to make my trip a breeze. The room had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building AND the WTC (corner unit). The room was clean and had everything in it. Elevators were prompt. Internet was fine for video calls. I'll definitely stay here again.

Chinatown Darling

Great location. Comfortable room. Nice restaurants close by. You can walk to Little Italy in 5-10 min if you want a change of scenery and cuisine. The staff were so courteous and helpful. Especially Kimberly and Nina. I would stay there again in an NY minute. Highly recommended.

Holiday

Kumarie was our housekeeper and she was PHENOMENAL! The room was immaculate, she brought us more milk when we needed and the bed was sooo comfy! Will definitely be staying again! The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and went above and beyond!

Great views of midtown and good location

This was a comfortable place to stay in lower Manhattan. It was easy to get around from here. I paid extra for an upper floor with view and this did not disappoint. Beautiful view of midtown including the Empire State Building. The decor is a little dated but nothing terrible. Bathroom was a good size. Some light noise (e.g., sirens, horns) occasionally from the street but not too bad. quick check-in. Overall, a good stay!
