Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

This hotel is in a cool area and near to subway station. The bed is comfy and the room a fair size.. however.. the staff need to improve.. a lot! On arrival the reception lady ( Tiffany) who had some good reviews here was totally overwhelmed and disorganized, after waiting post 3pm, the initial room issued was incorrect and she had to reverse the initial deposit and charge card again for deposit.. seemed like odd process.. but finally we got a room. Told that room cleaning service is on request only.. we booked the service daily and two days in a row no service received.. complained and excuse was house keeping lady didn’t speak English! She can’t read the service card!! But we booked at recep.. so that didn’t fly .. All in all ok stay and check out better but staff not great for a 4 star..

Very average for the price. Room clean is average. Service is average. Location is good for food. Checkout at 11 is ok. They try to be 4 stars. It will take time. Room is tiny. View is not great. Food advantage in Chinatown is why we pay for it and stay at this location

Отель на 3*. в ванной комнате отсутствует отток влажного, горячего воздуха. Вследствии этого, вся влажность идет в комнату, что крайне не комфортно. Также, после принятия душа, пол в ванной остается мокрым на длительное время и не высыхает. Район очень специфический и отличается от других "чайна таунов" в других городах, странах. Грязь, вонь. Но близость к нескольким станциям метро. Однако, не рекомендую.

Clean hotel in a great location for a good price. The only negative is that the AC doesn't work well. We had to open the windows for cooler air. Staff is really friendly and the rooftop lounge is nice, but a little small.
