Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

Clean hotel in a good, safe neighborhood! I was traveling solo so definitely didn’t want to be in a dodgy area. This was so conveniently located, a few blocks from amazing Chinese food. 5 mins away from Little Italy and Soho area! Location is just too good. Plenty of subway stops around. I was not expecting much of a view from my room, being that this is in downtown, but the view of the midtown skyline from my room on the 16th floor was just breathtaking! The best part was that the staff were so accommodating and sweet! Sushma and Nina (concierge) made sure my stay was pleasant and were very helpful with all my inquiries. Will definitely stay here again, and bringing my family next time!

The hotel and location of the hotel is pretty nice but here is why 3 stars. We arrived at 2:45 granted 15 minutes before check in and room was not ready. Okay, but they took all my info put our bags in the back and said it would be 15 to 20 minutes, so we decided to walk around China town and little Italy. We arrive back after 4 pm, we give our slip for our bags and she hands them to us ... and I say we do not have a room key. She said oh ... you don't okay. She finished hecking in the person who was there before us (mind you that person DID NOT have a reservation but was handed a key and she headed to her room. I had to give all the information I previously provided at 2:45 and then was told our room was NOT READY??? so we did not have to wait long but what the hell. Anyway room was nice and comfortable, but really needs more light quite dark. Overall location is very good and hotel is fine but seriously was not a good first impression and get some more light in the room

The property was significantly better than most hotels I've stayed in at very reasonable prices. I expected a tiny room with limited towels and hot water and I was treated to splendid views, ample space (for NYC) and a spotless room

Clean hotel in a great location for a good price. The only negative is that the AC doesn't work well. We had to open the windows for cooler air. Staff is really friendly and the rooftop lounge is nice, but a little small.
