I thought the staff was pleasant and personable,not a fan of a 3 pm check-in and high "early check-in" fees,corporate greed at its finest

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Chinatown/Little Area. It is reasonably priced for NYC.The bathrooms were larger and better appointed than I would have expected with a nice walk in shower.If you are looking for 2 beds, I believe they only offer twins, which was fine for me and my son.The front desk staff were friendly and helpful with storing our luggage for pre check in and post check out.I didn't experience any elevator delays, which can sometimes happen at other hotels in the area during busy times. If you ever had to go up in order to go down, you can relate.There is a beer garden on the first floor and I believe a rooftop restaurant and bar.

People here were really nice and accommodating here. I would definitely book a time to stay here.

During a recent visit to Manhattan, my wife and I booked a room for one night on the 8th of April and for three nights on 22, 23 & 24 April 2023. One of the reasons we had book this hotel was that it was only a 20-minute short walk to my daughter’s apartment located in East Village. The hotel is located on the busy thoroughfare of Bowery in the heart of Chinatown and very close to SoHo and Little Italy. We had a king size bed in our somewhat small room; which had a small fridge and safe. The bathroom was very adequate with a nice powerful shower which was great. On our one-night stay on the 8th, we were on the 9th floor; on the later 3 nights we were on the 9th floor. The hotel overall was very clean and bright and although our window overlooked the side street (Hester), we had to close the window at night due to some of the noise on the street. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to meet any of your needs. Since we arrived at the hotel from the airport around 0900 am on the 22nd, the hotel staff allowed us to store our luggage until we were able to check into our room at 3 pm.
