Very good hotel at an affordable price. Our room was ok, with a magnificent view on New York City. Staff was helpful and nice. The location is ideal for tourism, near Brooklyn Bridge, Little Italy, Tribeca.Caution: you must inform the staff that you want your room to be cleaned every day

Stayed here for 2 nights, attending an event.Sushna with Front Desk was nice and helpful!Location is great. Easy access to tons of restaurants and metro station.I didn't encounter any issue with A/C, hot water also worked perfectly.

During a recent visit to Manhattan, my wife and I booked a room for one night on the 8th of April and for three nights on 22, 23 & 24 April 2023. One of the reasons we had book this hotel was that it was only a 20-minute short walk to my daughter’s apartment located in East Village. The hotel is located on the busy thoroughfare of Bowery in the heart of Chinatown and very close to SoHo and Little Italy. We had a king size bed in our somewhat small room; which had a small fridge and safe. The bathroom was very adequate with a nice powerful shower which was great. On our one-night stay on the 8th, we were on the 9th floor; on the later 3 nights we were on the 9th floor. The hotel overall was very clean and bright and although our window overlooked the side street (Hester), we had to close the window at night due to some of the noise on the street. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to meet any of your needs. Since we arrived at the hotel from the airport around 0900 am on the 22nd, the hotel staff allowed us to store our luggage until we were able to check into our room at 3 pm. Overall, I have no complaints. We did notice that on our 3-night stay, the maids...

Located on th edge of Chinatown and within walking distance of SoHo and Little Italy, the Wyndam offers a clean, comfortable setting for most people. With its two restaurants and roof top bar, it has special appeal to young professionals. Our room had two twin beds, a small dresser between the beds, a desk, a chair and an amoire. The room itself was small and furnished with just the basics. However, the desk had some personal items you may have forgotten. The water was very hot and very cold. The staff are friendly and helpful. In fact, they create an atmosphere of caring. Just don't ask them to book you a taxi. They get car services. Use the Curb app created by the City to schedule your transportation up to a day in advance or immediately!
