Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

Great service. Our shower pressure was off and the water wasn’t hot. But this was resolved within a day. The friendly front desk staff sent Jerome who was cheerful and efficient in fixing our shower. Great guy and helpful staff overall. Clean rooms. Size is decent for 2 people, but not more. Excellent location. Chinatown has yummy and cheap food.

I very much enjoyed my 9 night stay at the Wyndham Garden hotel in Chinatown, Manhattan. The best thing about my stay was the staff. I want to give a big thank you to Nina Kelly for her warm and heartfelt help on a number of occasions. And being the guest service supervisor, I know that she has inspired all of the staff. And, in particular, I also want to thank Sushma and Tiffany.

Positive: Clean rooms, excellent counter staff, comfortable bed and good bedding. Location can't be beat. Food all around. Convenient to many sights. Subway entrance close by. Nina(?) made us feel welcome on check-in and was helpful througout our stay.Negatives: Shower splashes and gets bathroom wet, older building and rooms could use freshening up.Overall, I'd stay again.

This hotel was really good for the price. Upon arrival, the lobby smelt great and the check-in was easy.The location was great. Both are easy to walk where needed and accessible to the subway. I would recommend Kodawari Coffee, Vanessa’s Dumpling House, and Black Seed Bagels. There are many other delicious options nearby too!The room was pretty clean and the beds were comfy. A portable noisemaker will assist in a good night's sleep! The 11th floor has a great view! The only major complaint was the design of the shower. There is no sliding door so the floor got wet easily. There is also no complimentary breakfast or microwave in the room but there is a fridge and a coffeemaker.There are 2 elevators which took a little bit of time. We were told that housekeeping would not visit the room daily and that we would have to request it.Overall - I enjoyed the stay. A great “home base” that I would visit again!
