Mali was so nice and helpful! Really the best concierge person we’ve ever met <3 I don’t have much else to say, just that the night staff has been fantastic and made the hotel experience really great. Def will come back to this hotel just because of them.

We had an issue with the shower as the water wasn’t coming out properly for some reason. Jerome, the technician, was really nice and came very fast, he changed the shower in less than 10min and got us a very good customer service on top of producing us some adaptors for our chargers.Thanks Jerome, we are very satisfied with your services.

My time at Wyndham Garden was excellent. My room was clean, spacious with a great view of the city. The location is interesting... right beside China Town and close to Little Italy so access to great restaurants. Subways are nearby so getting around was convenient and affordable. I recommend Wyndham Garden Chinatown

Overall, our visit at the Wyndham Garden Chinatown was adequate and suited our needs. Beware that the rooms are very small, but I would assume that is the norm in NYC. Housekeeping does not come into your room unless requested. Parking was one block away and they took great care of our vehicle. My only complaint is that there really needs to be a towel bar in the bathroom. We were left to drape the towels on the bathroom door handle. The staff was curteous and friendly, and the view from our room was good.
