Great location, even better service.

Excellent service. Had a blown light bulb, they fixed it within 15 minutes. Jerome (facilities) and Nikolas (front desk) deserve special shout-outs! The shower is one of the best I’ve had! Good location, near the subway. All three bars/restaurants on site are closed Tuesdays, they should stagger that.

Decent but expensive

Room was ok but too small for two people. The first time ever I experienced no water from the tap or shower. Had to wait more than 1h to get to shower. Otherwise decent hotel located close by both Chinatown and Little Italy.

Retired traveller

Rare find. Best hotel for a visit in NYC. Check in on 10/11/22 n got an early check in ., thanks to Tiffany who help me . She was accomodating good knowledge of the area n gave me suggestions. The only thing is when I made this reservation months ago the ck out time was 12 noon but now it is 11 am. Fortunately they have a baggage so I can go out n have lunch before I am picked by uber for JFK my trip to Europe.I will surely recomend this hotel n be back here on my next trip.Thanks Tiffany.
