Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

My room on the 16th floor had floor to ceiling windows and great views from them. Heating was not turned on in the hotel and my room was ice cold but thankfully staff brought me a space heater. Desk chair needed repair as did some other items in the room. Food and beverage outlets were all closed when I went down in the morning. Location is in a scruffy area of town but good things (shops, restaurants, bars) are within walking distance. You do however hear a lot of street noise throughout the night so take a higher floor if you can.

Staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. The hotel was at a nice location surrounded by many cafes and bakeries. The hotel also has 2 great restaurants and a rooftop bar. The room/suite itself was very clean and comfortable. The sofa bed could use some updating, but everything else was great. I would definitely stay here again. Extra thank you to management for my handwritten note and welcome gift. It was a nice surprise after a long day of traveling.

The location was good, right in the middle of chinatown. The room was clean and reasonably spacious for new york.They would not book a yellow cab for us claiming that it was possible (have you heard of Curb??) trying to get us to book with their airport transfer services (more expensive). The wardrobe would only fit a couple of t-shirts and a couple of pairs of trousers.

Good value, well kept and and clean hotel in the heart of Chinatown. Adam at the front desk was very kind and helpful, upgrading me to a nice spacious corner room with a king bed which was very much appreciated.
