Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

Given how hard things are for people since they pandemic, you never felt that at this Wyndham. It’s ina great location and easily accessible. The staff, especially Adam Nicholas, was extremely professional and attentive with guests. You didn’t feel rushed and they made sure your questions were answered. I was in a bit of bind trying to make sure a room was covered for a friend and Adam worked with me to get authorization done quickly so she could get in her room. He was fantastic and I’d stay at this hotel again.

Check in was speedy and efficient. I was able to snag a room on one of the upper floors far away from the street noise of NYC. The room was nicely appointed and clean. I slept like a baby for my busy day of work the following day. Close to the lower east side, Chinatown, Soho, little Italy and the courts. Will stay here again if my work brings me to this part of town.

The coffee machine, refrigerator and ironing board in the room add to the comfort of the stay. The hotel is clean and seems well-managed. Excellent location in the heart of Chinatown and steps away from Little Italy.

Usually I drive to Chinatown a few times a year to get my haircut but decided to stay the night and make it more relaxing. I saw this hotel go up years ago on my commute to a prior job in Chinatown and it looked nice. Tiffany at the desk was efficient and lovely. They took into consideration my requests and the room was very quiet , beautiful view, clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Chinatowm and Littlr Italy for lunch and dinner. Had a wonderful stay. Thank you to the hotel employee in the elevator who when I complimented the hotel gave me a sweet smile under his mask. SO appreciated the cleanliness. Will be back.
