Absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean & inviting, The restaurant had wonderful food and it was nice to be able to order in and have it delivered to the room. The balcony view was great. Our room very clean, comfortable, accommodating and stylish. Every staff member we came into contact with whether at the front desk, the cleaning women or anyone, they were always polite and welcoming. If we needed anything and called to the front desk our requests were handled professionally and very quickly. It was nice to be able to go to the lounge to unwind after a day of walking and sight seeing. The beer was cold and the bartender (Paris) was a great conversationalist. Can't say enough good things about our stay here

The front desk staff was very patient, cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and attractive, relatively inexpensive and located within an easy walk of several good (as opposed to famous) restaurants, mid-range shopping and bakeries for a quick breakfast. The neighborhood feels safe, even at night. This was my second stay, and I will be back again

Clean rooms. Expansive views of the city from lower Manhattan from balcony. Lounge on 18th is a wall of windows. Only a block from little Italy and a few blocks from financial district. 2 blocks to subway lines, no trouble after dark walking to subway or little Italy. Great place if you want to stay out of the tourist areas
