Great hotel. Needs better lighting

Awesome staff, clean, spacious, close to everything. But....Lighting in both the bathroom and bedroom are horrible! I could hardly see what was in my suitcase, and applying makeup was a struggle with all the shadows.

Great Stay!!!

The Wyndham in Chinatown NYC (Bowery) was such an easy and nice stay!!The front desk were very helpful especially Tiffany and Adam. It’s close to everything. Not noisy when I stayed. Clean bathrooms and bedding

Hotel Guest

I give 10 stars to Adam kiddos for him for putting up with my craziness hes so patient and calm very professional .I was very pleased with my stay here Extremely clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat. Nice neighborhood and quiet, but only a few blocks from all sorts of different restaurants, clubs, etc.

Mali made our night

Upon first greeting, Mali exhibited top-tier customer service: swift, super-gracious, poised & personable. She made a great first impression when we entered the space and she turned our hectic evening into something more assured and relaxing. We’re so thankful for crossing paths with her.
