Great service!

From the moment we arrived check-in with Adam was an absolute breeze! He was super friendly and helpful. When we had a question about the tv and called the front desk he really went above and beyond to make sure we were all connected and taken care of.

Great Customer Service

Adam! What a guy. Very nice and has a great birthday. Our room is great for the price and the location seems good. No blow dryer, but seems like we have everything else. Good view, fitness center, free wifi, what more could you need?

Wyndaham Garden Chinatown

Had a very nice stay at the Wyndham Garden Chinatown. Room (1005) was comfortable and clean with a lovely view of the Empire State Building. Aircon was a godsend as its pretty hot in July and even more so during a heatwave - so was nice to return following a day's sightseeing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive if you needed clean towels etc. Nice internal roof terrace bar with a couple of bars/restaurant on the ground floor. Really central for getting about Chinatown/Bowery - LES with plenty metro stations nearby. Will definitely return if staying down the Bowery again.

Great LES location!

Excellent overall experience during my stay! My room was upgraded upon check in (the higher floor had great views!) and all of my questions and concerns were addressed in a quick, efficient manner. Tiffany was very helpful :) Will hopefully be returning to this location in the near future
