This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you won't regret it. Nina was absolutely amazing. Even with an issue with the system she was so friendly and outgoing. Gave us amazing recommendations for bagels and other things to do during our trip. 5 stars she is literally perfect. A lot of people was giving her an attitude and she handled it so well. 5 stars. When I visit NYC I will stay here again based on how well she treated us.

So good place

Great location if you want to explore China town, and it's close to the subway station so you can easily head any direction to explore NYC. The room was nice but the towels had a bit of a funky smell, not terrible but not pleasant either. Also, the rooftop bar was something I was really looking forward to... but both nights they were closed for renovations or something.

Had a great time there. Super friendly service and rooms with a stunning view.
