Clean room, great location, nice staffs. Room is a little dark at night or if curtain is closed.

Nice location in chinatown. Clean rooms. If you're staying here for some of their amenities and restaurants, you might want to call ahead. Luckily, there are plenty of options to eat at a walkable distance. Also, Parking is around the block in a protected parking garage.

Stayed in the king room on the upper level, room was pretty tired and looks like they haven’t spent money on the upkeep in awhile. Biggest problem though was the wifi internet hardly working and the man at front reception told us it was our phones that were the problem??? It seemed to be on a timer or something because it cut out and came back on at the same time as my partner, so hard to get any work or booking done which was extremely frustrating. Great location though close to heaps of good restaurants and bars. But would shop around and see what else your money could get you.
