all staff were very friendly and accommodating (tun), hotel has multiple bars/restaurants including a rooftop club at night and beer garden with ramen bowls. close to all the street vendors/shops and some amazing food. multiple metro lines within 10 minutes walk. rooms were nice with excellent views from floor to ceiling windows and a couple floors have wrap around balconies so would request those. thoroughly enjoyed our last minute stay more so than larger times square hotels. would come back to the area and stay here. rooms could use some maintenance as outside patio door wouldn't close easily, mini fridge door sticks have to lift up to close, shower handle wouldn't turn easily and AC would only cool to about 72 wouldn't get colder.

Sean the manager, as well as the rest of the front desk staff were excellent. Professional, helpful and very accommodating. The room was tidy and well appointed, with large windows to enjoy the beautiful view of the city. Great location to explore Chinatown and Little Italy. Top notch service.

The staff here has been amazing. The manager Sean was absolutely professional,engaging and kind. The room has a phenomenal view and was well decorated and clean. I will recommend this establishment to friends and associates that will be visiting NYC.

The room was clean and relatively spacious for NY standards. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and there was a nice view of the Empire State Building from the very large window.The small issues were: the cupboard was quite small, the bathroom could have done with some more towel hanging hooks, and a bit better upkeep (the soap holder was rusty and one of tiles was missing) and the black out curtains still let in a bit of light. Last and not least the location isn't brilliant, in that it didn't feel very safe in the dark.
