A great stay, friendly staff, very convenient!

I chose the hotel due to location, as I wanted a walkable area to attend a conference. Adam checked me in and helped me with a number of questions I had during my stay. My room was very clean with a nice view. I had a wonderful stay and will plan to stay here again the next time I am in NYC

Great Friendly Staff - Bad AC Situation

Every staff member at the Wyndham Garden Chinatown was genuinely friendly and accomodating. Unfortunately, the AC in the guest rooms is lacking - It was not the heat of summer when we visited (6/11/22) but the room was somewhat stuffy and the air was chugging to get a good cool in the small guest room. One support to that is that our room was equipped with a tower fan - which helped somewhat, but is not a solution when you pay a premium to stay in a hotel - You just expect good, comfortable AC. The rooms are clean but my rating reflects that a hot hotel room is not fun - and the potential for that is pretty good given the summer season on the way

Mail has changed my mind.

As I was dreading to come back to Wyndham after my horrible experience back in November I walked up to the counter this morning after my red eye flight. Mali greeted me with a big smile which honestly eased all the tension I had prior to coming. She was extremely courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. It felt like home. I was checked in and had all my questions and concerns addressed in less than 10 mins. I believe that she represents what great customer service really is. What a great asset to Wyndham hotel. Kudos to you Mali !!

Disappointed

Pictures of this hotel are Deceiving there is no rooftop access, there is no restaurant for breakfast, and the lounge 93 on upper level only open for a short period of time in evening. The lounge and restaurant do not belong to hotel. You have to book to have your room cleaned at least 24 hours in advance.Hotel,was clean and bed comfortable
