Stay is average. Room is average clean. . Service is average. Location for us is good.

Very average for the price. Room clean is average. Service is average. Location is good for food. Checkout at 11 is ok. They try to be 4 stars. It will take time. Room is tiny. View is not great. Food advantage in Chinatown is why we pay for it and stay at this location

Room was small

There was no room service, we had to call in advance to have our room cleaned. Also had to call for restock of towels and coffee. The shower in our room was very good but not so great in other rooms. The air conditioner was working fine. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Ryan was awesome

Chinatown mid-range hotel

Room was decent size for NYC (we had a queen bed). There's a poster in the lobby advertising coffee but the restaurant that serves it doesn't open until noon ??Staff was friendly, room was clean, close to Grand Ave and Canal St subway stops

Great stay!

We had a great stay here in NYC. The hotel was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly. And a good location for being so close to some busier roads. Tiffany was a huge help and made our stay extra special
