Perfect stay

My six night stay was perfect. Location is great. Lots of food in the area. Walking distance to everywhere. Train stations close by. Balcony is beautiful, skyline is gorgeous. Will definitely come back

Good

It was a bit pricy, but overall the hotel was nice. There was no microwave in the room, which sucks when you have food or left over. When taking a shower it was cold because there's no shower door. Couldn't heat up the room, AC wasnt working

Gorgeous, easy, perfectly located

This hotel was so lovely with a great view. Great customer service, nice room -clean, good shower, comfy bed. The hotel is well located - close to Chinatown, LES, subways. I'd recommend to anyone visiting NYC

Great service

Great service. Hotel staff very helpful and professional. Check in was great. Associates Adam went beyond his duty. He really was helpful from room to parking. Very pleasant. Adam also explained in detail of parking. Offered a couple of options. Very thoughtful and considerate
