1泊だけ泊まりましたが特に不満もなく快適なホテルでした。荷物も快く預かってもらえましたし部屋も清潔でした。ただマンハッタンとはいえチャイナタウンなのでニューヨークというより中国にいる感じがしますね

First of all as a total staff, this hotel is managed very much well. Coming out of town with the anticipation of being able to travel, and focus on business is ALWAYS my main concern. This hotel was a match made in heaven, with my expectations being fulfilled with a fast check in. It first started off with great customer service, in which Shawn the morning office manager displayed. He assured me that he would relay the attention to his late night staff that I would being coming in early. As promised I was welcomed by Mali who is a very enthusiastic role player. She continued to display great customer service during the stay making it feel like I was home. When employees go above and beyond such as Shawn and Mali, its nice to show appreciation. If you are looking for a stay at a warm hotel, this should be a place to consider

On the 18th floor, there is a rooftop bar that is exceptional to lounge in with friends and for cocktails. With an expansive 180-degree view looking out to The Empire State Building and beyond from Chinatown is amazingly beautiful. As noisy as the place becomes within its space it still is very comfortable and relaxing soaking in the atmospheric vantage point. A must for anyone who wants a stopover before heading out to the bars or clubs on the LES. Great for gal-pal get-together. After-work cocktails. And the usual dating scenery. Or, your BFF.
