This hotel was a great choice for our group. The rooms were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. Sean Sy, the Director of Sales, coordinated the room assignments, and Nina Kelly at the front desk handled check-in expertly. I've never seen the process go so swiftly and smoothly! After our long journey to NYC, it was nice to be greeted so warmly and to find everything ready for us. It was a great location, walking distance to our events, too.

I was impressed with the rooms and the cleanliness. The lobby was welcoming and the staff was excellent. They were able to assist our large party with fast and early check-in. If you are planning for a large group I recommend speaking with the sales director Sean Sy. He made the process very easy. I definitely recommend this location if you are in the Manhattan area.

I had to make changes to my reservation last minute and they were very accommodating and helpful. I bothered them several times with my questions and received nothing but patience and kindness. Thank you!

I visited a family member in Manhattan at Christmas and from the second I stepped into the lobby of Wyndham Garden, I was Impressed! Front desk was INCREDIBLE! Always friendly! Victor hooked me up and SWUAN was amazing and So attentive! The room was as a good size for NY, the bathroom was big with Hot water, and what an awesome view! Very MUCH recommend! I Will stay again!
