Great hotel and staff

My daughter and I went for three days and if we go back we will stay here again. The area was so fun with lots to do, and close to subway. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The bar and restaurant were great to have right there. 5

Hidden Gem

One of the better hotels in the city. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and always been taken care of like a regular, even with team members that don’t know me! Big shout to Adam who has always accommodated me last minute and extending reservations. Hotel is really in the best location in the City, you are literally 4 steps from Nolita, Chinatown and Soho. New Comfy Beds and Power Showers too

Ryan at front desk was very helpful.

I'm not sure why so many complaints. Everyone was helpful. Our room wasn't so bad. We slept like a rock in our beds. Not so bad for the price. I would stay here again if I return for a visit. Thank you Ryan for your help

Not worth the money

The rooms heat ran all night and never got warm. The shower was horrible no hot water and water splashed all over the floor. There were ramen noodles stuck to the table next to the coffee maker. Then to top it off we were woken up by the smell of marijuana at 4am. We would have left except the parking deck was 2 blocks away. I will never stay here again
