Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

I had booked at the Sun Bright hotel without knowing what it was, but as soon as I saw how deplorable that place is I came running to the Wyndham, it didn't even bother me that it was over $300 a night, in my state of shock I paid the amount thinking, there's no price for a private bathroom (mind you, the Wyndham shower doesn't even close). So here I am, enjoying a little-more-than-mediocre hotel room all day because I no longer have any money to do stuff in NYC. Thanks Wyndham!

Very hard to judge the place as it was our first time in New York. It’s the smallest hotel room we have ever been in but based on other reviewers it’s normal for NY room sizes. Room could use a bit of reno, but nevertheless clean. We didn’t attend any breakfast mornings so can’t rate that. Front desk provided us with bottled water whenever we ask (which was quite a bit). They have always greeted us when we came and left the building so it’s nice to know they are aware of who comes in and out. We haven’t used anything else in this hotel as we were too busy exploring the city itself. Location is pretty good. Busy but the windows do a pretty good job at canceling out noise. If you like absolutely no noise and are a light sleeper maybe consider brining earplugs. But it was not necessary for us. Window can be opened which is always a bonus in my eyes for hotels.

Clean and convenient. I was pretty annoyed the rooftop bar was closed for a private party and they wouldn’t even let me up to take a peek at the views while they were setting up. Otherwise the hotel was fine
