First time in Chinatown

Tun and Sean greeted us with such friendly service! They suggested some great restaurants and sightseeing areas. Highly recommend! If you like Asian food there are so many places to choose from! Many shops too

Great Place for a Business Meeting

There are a few small things that need to be worked out (projector and heating in meeting room), but I highly recommend the hotel for a business meeting. Staff is helpful, food was great, conference room was bright and the good was fantastic. 4.5 stars out of five

Not too bad for 1st trip to NY

The hotel was a little tired. It could do with some TLC. The beds were comfy and clean . The heating wasn't working but we were given a small heater. The location is good. There are great views from rooms on higher levels and the rooftop bar which is probably the best part

Location and service were both fantastic!!

Thank you Sean and the team (eg, Ryan), for being very patient and accommodating! We’re traveling with 2 little ones to NYC for the first time as a family, and they were able to fit a rollaway bed in the kings bed room, and were patient over the phone (multiple times) as we tried to understand the setting and booking options. We wanted to stay in chinatown and the location cant be beat. Definitely staying here again
