Great Experience

The staff is wonderful !!!! Tiffany, Sean and Ryan are true assets to this company. The room was clean with everything we needed and a great view. Housekeeping kept my room spotless. The convenience of being in Chinatown saved me so much money, I just walked most places. And there is a bar w a terrific view at rooftop 93. The guys up there were so nice and helpful

Great deal

This hotel is excellent. Fabulous restaurants and fun museums surround it. It's clean and quiet. They have a beer garden, a ramen bar, and a rooftop bar. Since it's the tallest building in the area, you get an excellent landmark view at night

Great staff who goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of and that you are comfortable during your stay. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Can’t beat the location with awesome restaurants and nightlife within walking distanc

loud and wet but otherwise clean and comfortable

the rooms are very loud- the windows let in a lot of traffic noise on the 7 th floo and the shower cannot be turned on unless you are in it- and there is no shower curtain. a poor design if the bathroom is shared at all. Otherwise standard nyc hotel clean tiny rooms, polite staff, masked and sanitized - no microwave in our roo
