I’ve stayed at this hotel 3-4 times now. The service is consistent and the rooms are clean and are of great value. The views from the glass windows can be extraordinary!On this visit front Office Manager Mr. Sy checked me in quickly and was, as per normal here, efficient and courteous. I always enjoy my stays here and the breadth of great Asian food within a few blocks

Staying here for 4 nights and so far everything it’s been great. Very good customer service and my room was nice and clean. The only thing I don’t like it’s the shower that doesn’t have a full door and the floor gets really wet but is not like a HUGE problem you can put a towel on the floor and problem solve. The manager Sean gave me two free drinks which is very nice from him

I booked this hotel through Hotwire due to it price and good reviews. I was expecting "you get what you pay for" however this was not the case. It is a modern and very well run hotel in a central location in Chinatown. I was greeted by Tiffany at the front desk who set the tone for my stay with a smile, a quick check-in, and a professional attitude that is sorely missing in the hospitality business these days. I got a room on the 15th floor (as for room facing west and north as they have balcony access). The room was comfortable, nicely sized and of course great views). The gym is also very nice for a hotel gym with new/good equipment. I had ramen at Shinka which is located in the lobby - which was tasty and of course very convenient. Will stay here again on my next visit to NYC
