Front Desk

During my stay the overnight front attendant Mali was incredible. She was attentive, friendly and informative. She made my stay pleasant and I would recommend to others. Any time I called the front desk, she was helpful

A Good visit

The front desk Maly was extra helpful!! Answered all my questions about the area amongst other things, also making checking in extremely smooth and welcoming. Superb customer service 10/10 would visit again

Great stay.

My stay was short but nice. The room was well maintained and clean when I arrived. Miss Mali at the front desk made me feel very welcomed and was quick to answer my questions and reprogram my key. I will definitely be back next time I'm in NYC

Quick NYC trip

The hotel was in a great location, clean and very good rate. Adam at reception and all the staff were helpful and courteous. They were genuinely concerned about the quality of my stay. Will definitely check in again in the future
