The staff was very accommodating and with such high spirits and definitely went out of their way during an emergency stay so for that I highly recommend The Whyndham Garden Chinatown. Got a good rate for the room in a solid area. It was convenient being walking distance to areas like Chinatown and Soho. Felt like the staff could have been friendlier. The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The shower was terrible though-- there was no door to the shower (open glass shower) and the water pressure was too high and difficult to adjust so water would get all over the bathroom while showering. The shower would also emit a high-pitch squeal when it was running. Other than that, not bad
