Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was nice and helpful. However, our room smelled, the key cards did not work easily, there was no fan in the bathroom, and the shower did not appear very clean. The Wi-Fi was not password protected, which is a little concerning. Also, our room was near the custodian's closet and I was awoken early every morning by the staff's comings and goings

Tiffany was very helpful at the front desk. I appreciate her help very much during my stay! My stay at this hotel was very nice and calm, I enjoyed calm rest and the room was very clean. Thank you very much

I stayed from February 17 - 21. As soon as I walked into the hotel I was greeted by the front desk manager, Sean. He walked me through every ins and outs of the hotel amenities. He was courteous, straight to the point, and very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I have never received this type of care and service anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel every time I’m in the city. Thank you Sean and the team for making my trip to New York special
