Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

Perfect location to venture out into Chinatown, Lower Manhattan, Soho, etc. The manager offered me a free upgrade to a room with a view, and it was spectacular! Sweeping views north of Chinatown all the way to Midtown. The hotel was quiet and spacious in the room and lobby, not like other NYC hotels that feel cramped everywhere. The only thing to be weary of, and this seems to happen in a lot of NYC hotels, the ventilation from other rooms dumped into mine, and I came back at night to a pretty strong marijuana smell. I didn't mind much, but was worried that the smell would linger even though it was coming from another room, and that I'd be responsible given the no smoking policy and fines. Luckily the room aired out well with the windows that you can crack open

Great room, clean and nice! My only issue is the ELEVATOR! It really drove us crazy but TIFFANY is wonderful at the front desk.... she upgraded us and took great care of us. I recommend the hotel, just fix the elevators

I totally enjoyed my 2- night's stay at this Wyndham in lower Manhattan/Chinatown. Wonderful staff. Conveniently located to mass transportation and Katz's Deli! Many of the stores remain closed due to the pandemic

i enjoyed the hotel. It was located in a great location and near all the places i needed to see/be. The only downfall was the initial interaction with a representative trying to book the hotel. She was providing incorrect information and did not help me book my stay. I had to book on the actual website myself after talking to her for 20 pointless minutes
