Overnight staff was AMAZING

MALI, in particular, was extremely helpful, VERY polite & knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. During the late hours she provided a cab service & extra amenities that were needed. OVERALL, IMPECCABLE SERVICE!

First Trip to NYC

Pleasant and helpful staff. Wonderful, clean corner room with excellent views. Staff members were quick to hail a taxi cab when our reserved car service fell thru on our way back to the airport . Thank you again and we will definitely be back
