This is my second visit staying here. Woke up to no hot water. While its freezing & down pouring out. I called shawn - service manager & he said the whole hotel has no hot water. Oddly enough in the summer I tried to book in July and they had no AC for about a week or two. I shouldve took that sign, then. Checked out & Tiffany said to call Expedia for them to do anything. Expedia called Shawn for confirmation as to my statement and told the agent he has no record of us speaking. I had called the desk back & Tiffany told me to call Expedia and have them give them her name. Although they only gave me 20% of my funds back (which im still very unhappy about) Tiffany handled me from check in to check out. My pillow cases had make up on there & I dont wear make up AT ALL. There were I want to say old blood stains on another one which I thought was very odd. Housekeeping just isnt up to par. 2 out of 4 pillows were dirty. Mold in my bathroom. I know theres always a possibility for that but, unacceptable. The shower head is like one ive never seen before. Very unhealthy to consume. As a guest. Disappointing because the views from the 8th floor and up are legit breath taking. I travelled all the way from..

WHY ARE THERE NO SHOWER DOORS? HOW DOES THIS DESIGN CONCEPT MAKE SENSE TO ANYBODY? There is also no exhaust in the bathrooms, your room will be humid. The plus, they have a protective cover on the mattress that is a bed bug repellant.

The room was cold, and the bar closed at 10 pm (in a city that never sleeps). Day staff on reception were very, very helpful 👍

J'ai pas eu l'occasion de séjourner dans cet hôtel mais je peux dire que le directeur de cet établissement est une personne très commercial. Suite a une erreur d'hôtel de l'agence de voyage il a pas hésité a nous déposer avec son véhicule personnel a celui de Manhattan qui porte le même nom , j'ai apprécié son geste car il aurait très bien pu nous dire de prendre un taxi .
