Room lightings need to improve, a bigger recessed light is more appropriate, the current small size is not suitable to light the whole room. Desk lamp too dim did not provide enough lighting for the desk. Bathroom shower glass did not prevent water to run out of the shower, it floods the whole bathroom, sink area don't have counter to hold anything. The room entry door sill is too high, tripping going in and out. The small TV framed in is not necessary, remove and install a bigger tv and replace the frame with a mantel for guest to put stuffs on. Welcome guests with 2 bottles of water when check in would be nice, no need for every day of stays. staffs were very friendly, and professional.

We liked the location, being about 300 metres from a subway station and near Mulberry Street. The room is comfortable enough, if a little outdated. The bed we had was comfortable. We quite liked the views towards the Empire State Building that we had from our 11th floor room. The gym while small, is functional. The in-house Shinka Ramen Bar serves excellent food. My main complaints are about the dim lighting in the room - very poor, the WiFi was patchy - it was a lottery as to whether it would work properly and the idea of not having a full door on a shower is a nonsense - the floor next to the shower and base of the toilet became flooded after even a brief shower.

Decent enough hotel. Was clean and bed was comfy. Personally, I wouldn't stay there again, just because it was a little out the way. Nothing really stood out for us to make it an amazing stay, but given we only slept there, it did the job

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for us. Right by Chinatown and Little Italy. We could access parks, multiple subway stations, and lots of great food! Staff was polite and friendly! Would definitely stay again next time we come to New York City!
