Tiffany ! Great reflection of the staff of hotel and aesthetics

Chase really messed up their descriptions of a room I booked however Tiffany was extremely helpful and very calm in helping resolving this issue by immediately upgrading our room to a suite during our stay. She was so nice and friendly as well as the other staff. Made our trip! Promote Tiffany!!

Great Hotel

I have stayed in so many hotels in NYC and this one was my favorite. Snack in the middle of Chinatown and Little Italy with the best views in Manhattan as far as I'm concerned. The hotel is clean and the staff are really great. Adam assisted me with everything and I can't wait to come back

Clean rooms & Excellent Customer Service

Clean rooms, comfortable beds & excellent customer service.They were having some hot water issues while I was there & they went above & beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. Will definitely be back for a stay. A special thanks to Sean for his help & accommodation

Wonderful Customer Service

Had to get a last minute hotel room after a hectic reservation debacle at another hotel. Adam at the front desk literally saved the day, and set me up with a great room. Exceptional customer service, very happy
