Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and I appreciated having parking at the iPark down the street. The only issues were that my room was not cleaned during our stay, even though we asked and put the notice on the door asking for it to be cleaned. We never received new towels and when we went to the front desk to ask for new towels they did not have any clean towels for us and would have them delivered to our room the next morning. By next morning, we still did not receive clean towels and it was time to check out

大学室友跟团游路过上海，住这里的大床房，我也住了一晚，条件很好，睡得很舒服，只不过位置有点偏，不太好找。酒店大厅气派，灯火通明，太过了点。
