Best deal, best location, best staff. Always stay here when I come to NY. And the restaurant is 10/10 for ramen. The view from 16th floor is breathtaking and I love the area to walk around. Park is one block away

We stayed in this hotel for a change of pace as compared to the normal areas of New York for tourists.... The staff was exceptional, be prepared to walk to the subways but with in a 10 minute walk... In Chinatown close to Little Italy.... I would certainly stay agai

My friends and I (there were 4 of us) stayed in one room from Dec 3, checked out on Dec 8, and were very happy with the beds and the comfort of the room. The bathroom was clean, though the shower panel is too narrow that water goes everywhere. Ask for a lot of bath mats. We were on the 3rd floor on the Hester St side, but did not find any problems with street noise levels. The hotel is very well located with a 5 min walk to the Grand St station and a 10 min walk to the Canal St station. Also, it's a 5 min walk to Little Italy. Our stay was even made more pleasant by the lady who cleaned our room, Kumarie. She made sure that all our needs were seen to (e.g., bath mats). And the lady at the front desk, Janice, was lovely, too. She was very helpful with our questions about the area
