Guests are talking about Wyndham Garden Chinatown!

I stayed in the Wyndham Garden Chinatown in New York during the period January 6 to 12, 2015. The hotel is situated in a central place with many restaurants and shops close by. The China Town is full of shops selling Chinese goods at very reasonable rates. I had a wonderful view of the city from my room on the 11th floor. We had our training programme on the 17th floor with a beautiful view of the NYC. The hotel room, though not very specious, was just fine for a single person. The maintenance and facilities offered were quite good. The bar downstairs seemed to be a popular joint for the guests as it was always found crowded

Stayed here for 1 night for my bday & I wish I would have stayed longer! Hotel looks very futuristic. Views are amazing, very clean & classy! Service is great! The way the hotel was built amazes me, with windows surrounding the whole place! Low price for a NYC hotel, this place is a gem! Location is close to many shopping destinations. Just great, would absolutely stay here again. This is now my goto hotel when I visit NYC! Good job

Stayed here for 9 nights with my partner. It's in a great location with cheap eateries all around you as well as little Italy and soho close by that you can walk to. There are also subway stops a few minutes walk that you can use to save money on cabs. The room we stayed in was small but I expected that. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in. Not sure if it was just our room but our shower would fill up with water which was really annoying and the glass panel which barely closes off allows water to go out and onto the floor. This wasn't nice. If I stayed here again I would choose a room with a view of the Empire State, I stayed on floor 6. The hotel is great value and you won't find a better price for location and quality of room. I still have not received my security deposit of $50 back on my credit card. It's frustrating that the hotel doesn't have an email I can email them on about it as I can't call since I'm still travelling and not using the service on my phone

You didn't hear this from me. But there is an employee named Vanessa. Who made my trip worth every penny. Her customer service was out standing. If every hotel mimicked this girl professionalism Hotel Hospitality and Customer Services would be more appreciated. I was given a great view of the city and expect to make this hotel home anytime I am in New York. She idolizes the Hotel experience of what guest should feel when they are visiting from out of town. I was very pleased
