The room was very clean and comfortable. Location was great for our purposes, and we had great maid services daily, which is unusual in these post-Covid days! We have stayed here before, and would stay again.

Great location and a great value, stop reading the reviews and just book it. The room was well laid out and roomy (for NYC). Loved the floor to ceiling windows and the fact that the window opened (a rarity in the city) and the above average hairdryer provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the food/drink options on site, but they looked very nice. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice, helpful and professional.

I had a really comfortable stay. All the staff were really helpful and nice. Nice gym, good location definitely recommend staying here when you’re in New York. Super centrally located. I had a great time.

This day was so amazing I came for my birthday and I was looking for something that was semi-affordable with city views and I found this gem of a hotel. They kept my luggage as I explored the city all day and upon check-in they surprised me with a room upgrade for my birthday and this was the view. I can’t express how amazing it felt to be enveloped by the city! It’s not the closest to subways but there is so much to see on the walk to them that it’s not so bad! The bed was so comfortable and waking up to Manhattan was like a dream.
