Great location and a great value, stop reading the reviews and just book it. The room was well laid out and roomy (for NYC). Loved the floor to ceiling windows and the fact that the window opened (a rarity in the city) and the above average hairdryer provided in the bathroom. Unfortunately we were not able to take advantage of the food/drink options on site, but they looked very nice. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice, helpful and professional.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Despite being in a busy area, never heard any noise in the room or inside the hotel. Also, awesome rooftop views.

This hotel was on point with everything. The front desk staff was excellent. This location was so close to Little Italy and Canel street, which was great since we came for the Feast of SanGennaro. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing with a coffeemaker and a refrigerator. The coffee provided was delicious. Our housekeeper Kumanie was amazing, and kept everything so clean and organized. It was so nice to have a cleaning staff who actually interacts with you and you don't have to keep asking them to maintain your room.
