The room was not ready at 3pm. Need to wait for half hour to check in. The wifi did not have internet access. Although have excellence signal, unable to link to the web.The card reader was not working on the date I checked in. However, hotel refused to accept cash, that caused to waste a lot of time.

It's always a pleasure to work with this hotel when our production team comes to town for work. Sean is a wonderful manager along with is team and they go the extra mile to make us feel especially welcome. If you are trying to navigate the logistics of room coordination, Sean and his team have your back. They are very organized and make the booking process super easy when booking multiple rooms. Aside from being a comfortable place to stay, the hotel is central to lower Manhattan/Chinatown, easy to access most subways, and within walking distance to anything you need. We've been staying here for the last couple of years and would not have it any other way. I also highly recommend the Ramen restaurant hidden in the back.

Great location - convenient and safe and bustling. Hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and pretty roomy for NYC rooms. We had a corner room with a great view west and north. Staff very friendly, helpfu and efficient - not just to me but with everyone. Location is great for lower Manhattan and subway is short 2 blocks away. Parking lot is around the corner so just build in dropping off your bags at your room with car on curb and then drive it over to drop it over. Parking attendents were also friendly and efficient. We would return.

My nephew was getting married and my family all stayed here. It was close to all the locations we had to go to. Plus we got the wedding discount. This was a great bonus that my nephew got for his whole family.
