Sean Sy and his crew are the best in customer service

Excellent hotel and the best front desk crew. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is perfect. The online booking was messed up but Tiffany was able to give us a room at the last minute. Sean Sy and his crew is excellent. I will definitely coming back next time

Tired Hotel, interesting area

We spent 7 nights in the Wyndham Garden and whilst it was OK, the reviews on TripAdvisor don’t live up to the "amazing" experience we had. Firstly, I would say some of the reviews on TA do seem to be a bit suspect, all 5 stars, all praising the staff and how amazing the hotel was and many reviews left by accounts just this minute registered and no other contributions.... very suspect. The room was very tired and I must say, a bit dirty. Luckily, we had packed wipes and after wiping down the handles and touch points (Mainly for Covid) the wipes were black. Clearly cleaning protocols are not great. The glass door in the room was covered in finger prints, as were the windows. The blind in the bathroom and parts of the wall around the bed were covered in "splatters" of some kind of liquid. Hallways outside our room looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed for some time. The heating in the room was very noisy and couldn't be run during the night so we had to ask for a portable heater. All the windows in the room made it cold quickly. The heating would generally take hours to heat the room up. On the first couple of days the shower had to be run for about 10 minutes before the water started running warm. Great stay in perfect location

Perfect location, clean, friendly front desk. We stayed in a corner jr suite with access to the wrap around shared balcony and enjoyed the view. It was too bad that the ramen bar is now combined with the sports bar downstairs but that’s Covid times for ya. Nice shower and comfy bed
